The Committee on Taxation and Customs policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft Law “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine” (re refining the finance bill procedure)

The bill (Reg. No. 2847) suggests restrict the existing mechanism of VAT refund from the budget using treasury finance bills and abolish using treasury finance bills during automatic budget refund.

Following the results of discussion, Committee members took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the draft law as a basis and in entirety, excluding the provision re change the direction of levy enrolment for the development of viticulture, horticulture and hop, as non-corresponding to the essence of the bill.
